Known as "The Char Chef," Daphne Nichols, born and raised in Corinth, Mississippi, began The Elegant Taste LLC out of her home, celebrating and hosting her friends. After posting pictures of her gorgeous charcuterie boards on social media, Daphne's unique and elegant creations became a buzz in her local community and have made an appearance at multiple company and home events.

The Elegant Taste LLC specializes in grazing boards and brings a unique, culinary experience to your event. We use locally-sourced produce, fresh seasonal herbs from the Char Chef's garden, and an assortment of hand-selected high-quality meats and treats to create an edible experience unique to each client's taste buds.
